Eagles Fastpitch Softball Club’s (EFSC) mission is to teach competitive fastpitch softball fundamentals and compete in tournaments at a high level.  The club’s goal is to prepare female athletes for high school varsity level play. We are based in Hartland, MI; however, players from all communities are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Our club believes that players should compete at the age level that will best support their overall development.

Our program works closely with the Hartland High School program and appreciates the advisory and support of Carl Gabrielson, varsity head coach.

Jaime Ives Memorial Tournament

The Eagles Fastpitch Softball Club concluded it’s final weekend of the 2010 season with two teams finishing in first place while another finished in second place. The 16U Eagles were the runners up in the 5th Annual Jaime Ives Memorial Tournament. They played a close game that left them tied at 0-0 at the end of 7 innings and took second place in an international tie-breaker.

The 12U Eagles celebrated it’s first championship of the season by winning the 5th Annual Jaime Ives Memorial Tournament. The Eagles swept thru the tournament going 6-0 behind solid pitching, stellar defense and powerful hitting.

Coming off of two consecutive tournaments where they finished in 2nd Place, the 10U Eagles were determined to take a championship. And that is exactly what they did at the Oakland Merchants Summer Spectacular. It was another international tie-breaker for the young squad, but they did not waiver and sealed up their first championship of the season.

Congratulations to all the Eagles teams. All divisions performed admirably. Parents, players and coaches should all be very proud. Job well done!

The 6th Annual Jaime Ives Memorial Tournament dates are now scheduled. This classic memorial will take place on Saturday, July 30 and Sunday July 31, 2011. More details and registration information will be posted soon.
